The Third Age WebDesign team can design a Web site which is rich in content and visual appeal. Your Web home pages can include: graphics (photos, icons, logos, etc.), clickable graphics (image maps), animated GIFs, integrated databases, sound clips, stock or custom backgrounds, stock or custom clickable buttons and bars, and customer reply forms.
The packages below are our small package offerings for businesses looking for an affordable entry to the World Wide Web. We can create Web sites ranging in size from three pages to hundreds of pages, assist you in getting a specific domain name and manage and maintain the site. What is a Web Page?
In determining the Web package rates, a "page" is defined as 350 words of text or less. Source text should be supplied as final edited text and can be in "digital format", i.e. ASCII text, delivered via diskette (PC format), E-mail, or as hard copy. There is an additional charge for text entry from hard copy. Revisions to final text requested by client after Web pages are produced will be billed at our hourly Web maintenance rate.
Custom Web Sites
We design and produce Web sites that range in size and complexity from our starter package of three pages all the way to extensive corporate sites with hundreds of pages and custom interactive programming. Whatever the scope or size of your project, our experienced Internet professionals will incorporate creative visuals and appropriate technologies into your site enabling it to engage site visitors and build company identity.
The economical basic Web packages listed below include all HTML programming and layout of customer supplied digital elements but NOT custom design elements, custom graphics, copy writing, copy editing or Internet consulting unless otherwise stated.
Advanced Designs
If you require custom graphics, content development or have a larger project in mind, we would be happy to provide a quotation. Since we started creating Web sites in 1997, we have found that often businesses don't "fit" a package and so we are always happy to provide a free quotation based on client requirements.
The Starter Package: $695 and up.
- Up to 3 pages of text.

- Up to 3 E-mail response direct links.
- Custom scanning, color-correction and file compression of one (1) image. You can add more features and additional Web pages by selecting items from the list below.

The Business Starter Package: $1195 and up.
- Up to 5 pages of text.
- Up to 10 business logos or photo/graphics.
- Hypertext links (internal or external links).
- E-mail response direct links.
- Custom scanning, color-correction and file compression of up to three (3) images.
- Custom background incorporating customer's supplied logo.
- You can add more features and additional Web pages by selecting items from the list below.
The Business Package: $2495 and up.
- Up to 10 pages of text.
- Up to 20 business logos or photo/graphics.
- Hypertext links (internal or external links).
- E-mail response direct links.
- 4 Clickable button bars.
- Custom scanning, color-correction and file compression of up to six (6) images.
- Custom background incorporating customer's supplied logo.
The Professional Business Package: $4995 and up.
- Up to 20 pages of text.
- Up to 35 business logos or photo/graphics.
- Hypertext links (internal or external links).
- E-mail response direct links.
- Custom scanning, color-correction and file compression of up to ten (10) images.
- Custom background incorporating customer's supplied logo.
- Clickable text-based button bars in a choice of colors (Home Page, Products, Services, What's New, Contact Us).
Updates or revisions to Web pages can be made quickly and inexpensively.

Monthly Maintenance:
- Monthly File Maintenance Charge $100 per month (up to 2 hours, thereafter $75/hr.) Includes updating and verifying links, adding new information to your web page or adding additional links.
- New pages, tables, image maps and forms are priced according to our itemized price list and are not included in the monthly file maintenance charge.
- Domain hosting Charge $79.95 per site and up. Includes domain website, e-mail service and the pass along charges of the selected ISP.
- Basic subhosting (www.thirdageinc.com/your company) $50 per month.
