About the Special Interest Research Group on Aging and Intellectual Disability

The Special Interest Research Group on Aging and Intellectual Disability of the International Association for the Scientific Study on Intellectual Disabilities (IASSID) is an international network of researchers, clinicians, providers, administrators, and others who are interested in furthering the study of aging in people with intellectual disabilities. Its members, from around the world, form a network for the exchange of information through correspondence, research studies, and roundtables, seminars and conferences on this subject. The SIRGAID sponsored roundtable is an annual event. The next one is scheduled for 2000 in Seattle, WA., USA.
