Third Age Planning Services for
Local, Regional, State, and National Meetings
The Third Age Planning Team has more than thirty years of combined experience in all phases of planning and managing conferences, seminars, and workshops. The Team members are ready to assist you and your group, organization or agency in putting together all the components to a successful meeting. Professional TAI staff are ready to assist you to develop conferences, workshops, and training seminars including contracting for:
- Initial planning and discussions on expectatons, outcomes, and level of services and assistance needed.
- Facilitation for initial discussions of interagency cooperation and collaboration on services, supports and involvement.
- Meeting time and dates scheduled and contracted.
- Negotiations with hotels for meeting space, meals, food functions, and audo/visual equipment.
- Development of brochures and media announcements, timeframes for printing and dissemination.
- Design of meeting programs and ammenities.
- Negotiations and contracting for printing of materials and programs.
- Negotiations for meeting air fare and car rental discounts.
- Registration, and on-site management of the activities during the hours of the meeting(s).
- Contracting with local and national experts to broaden the scope of training/technical assistance.
